How are the products made and why are only certain pieces available from stock?
Our products are made in small batches – partly to order, partly from limited stock, thus avoiding overproduction and unnecessary inventory. Even for immediately available pieces, we only make a small quantity in advance, so that quality and attention are always maintained.
How often do the raw materials arrive?
We receive raw materials such as textiles, buttons, and zippers from our domestic and European suppliers on a daily basis.
How is the order processing and production done?
The production of our products is made smooth by the constant availability of selected raw materials. Upon receipt of your order, we immediately forward it to our sewing workshop, where local craftsmen will make the selected product(s) just for you. All this not only guarantees sustainability, but also contributes to ensuring a continuous livelihood for Hungarian professionals - thank you for being a part of this!
Where are the clothes made?
All our pieces are made in Hungary, in a sewing shop in Szeged, with the help of local professionals. Small batch production and direct cooperation allow us to pay attention to every detail – from the material to the button sewing.
How long does it take and how does the order reach the customer?
After quality control, the finished product is carefully packaged and handed over to the courier service. This way, we can safely assume a delivery deadline of up to 10 working days.
How long can I return the product?
You can return undamaged, labeled, and unused products at any time within 14 days.
Why are some products made in limited quantities?
Conscious design and small-batch production are part of the brand's approach. This way, we avoid overproduction and maintain the attention to detail that makes each piece truly special.
Sometimes the raw material itself – the textile or other detail – is only available in limited quantities, which naturally determines the number of pieces that can be made.
Can the order be changed after submission?
If production has not yet begun, we are happy to modify your order details upon request. In such a case, please contact us as soon as possible.
