Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and return the product(s). Please make sure that all returned items are in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account, select the relevant order, then click “Return items.”

Returning Your Items

Pack the item(s) in their original condition and send them to:

Please send your parcel directly to the address above. We are unable to collect parcels delivered to parcel lockers or pickup points.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or model, start the return process and send the item(s) back to the address provided. Please specify your desired size or model in the notes section of the Return Form.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 14 calendar days.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will initiate your refund once we have received both the returned item(s).

The purchase price will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s).

Important Information

• The cost and responsibility of returning the item(s) are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your parcel.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• We cannot issue a refund for items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition.
