1. Weigh yourself Use a measuring tape and stand in a relaxed, natural posture. Breast – at the fullest point, keeping the centimeter horizontal. Waist – at the narrowest part, roughly above the navel. Hips – at the widest point, the most prominent part of the buttocks. Exhale, don't tense your stomach — the goal is to get a realistic picture of your own proportions.
3. If you are between two sizes For flexible, stretchy materials (e.g. viscose): choose the smaller size if you like it to fit gently against your body. For stiffer, non-stretchy materials (e.g. cotton, linen, wool): choose the larger size so you can move comfortably in it. If your hips are more pronounced,your hip size should be the guideline for skirts and pants.
