Measure yourself
Use a tape measure and stand relaxed, in a natural posture.
Bust – at the fullest point, holding the tape horizontally
Waist – at the narrowest part, roughly above the navel
Hips – at the widest point, at the most prominent part of the buttocks
Exhale, do not tense your stomach — the goal is to get a true picture of your own proportions.

Choose your size
| XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL | |
| Bust | 80 | 85 | 90 | 95 | 100 | 105 |
| Waist | 60 | 65 | 70 | 75 | 80 | 85 |
| Hips | 90 | 95 | 100 | 105 | 110 | 115 |
If you are between two sizes
For flexible, stretchy fabrics (e.g. viscose): choose the smaller size if you like it to gently cling to your body.
For stiffer, non-stretch fabrics (e.g. cotton, linen, wool): choose the larger size for comfortable movement.
If your hips are more pronounced, for skirts and trousers, use your hip measurement as a guide.
